I would like to take the opportunity to tell you about my experience dealing with Amberwood Construction, and most importantly with Terry Newman.
I met Terry in July 2009 by way of his wife, Mindy Newman, who was acting as my realestate agent. Mindy showed me one of Terry's Frank Betz homes in West Knoxville TN. My wife and I immediatly fell in love with the home,
the quality of the work, and the Newmans. Unfortunaly the home was out of our price range and we were forced to look for something more economical. We stumbled upon a basement rancher in the Bearden area of West Knoxville.
This home was in need of a complete renovation. We hired Terry to complete the job. It took about 3 months and was a very pleasant experience. If you want a builder that is honest, friendly, and looks out for your best interest,

Me and My husband were referred to Terry Newman by his wife. We met with him shortly and decided he would be good to work with. Come to find out we were right and it has been a pleasure working with Terry while he built our first home for us.
My husband and I were on a time crunch and didn't think it would be possible to have a quality house built in a little less than two and a half months, but we were wrong. Not only was our house built in a short amount of time but the quality
of the work was amazing. Terry's subcontractors all seemed to tell me the same thing "he takes a lot of pride in his work" and if any of you see my home you will see that they are all right. We would recommend Terry and Amberwood Construction
to anyone, please take a look at our pictures (project 5). We have been living in our home for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier.
Building a home is a stressful adventure most are unwilling to embark upon a second time. Amberwood Construction offered knowledge & expertise, as well as top-notch subcontractors
